The active monsoon trough lies across the upper south and the east through the northeast of Thailand to the active low cell the upper South China Sea. Torrential rain and isolated heavy falls are likely over central, eastern and southern Thailand. People along hill slope near waterways and in lowland are warned of possible flash flood during 1-3 days. The disaster areas include Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram, Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan.
