General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The low cell over central Thailand moves west across the Central and East. Torrential rain with heavy falls is likely much of upper country. People along hill slope near waterways and in lowland of the lower Northeast, the Central and the East are warned of severe weather and possible flash flood.

The strong wind-wave remains in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. All ships proceed with caution during this period.

During 18-20 October, the ridge of high pressure from China extends to northern and northeastern Thailand to bring cooler weather by 1-2 oC drops.
