Weather Forecast During 14 – 15 Sep, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand. Continuous rains remains over Thailand with isolated heavy rains are forecast over the East and the South. The rather strong wind and waves are in the Andaman, above 3 meters in thundershower areas.
During 16 – 17 Sep, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen cause isolated heavy rain in the South and the East. Due to the active low pressure over the Pacific Ocean will move pass Philippines to the middle South China Sea, which is expected to upgrade to be the Tropical Depression. During 18 - 20 Sep, This storm will move to the Bay of Tokin and the coast of upper Vietnam, more rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rain are forecast for upper Thailand. The rather strong wind and waves are in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand, about 2-3 meters in the Andaman Sea and above 3-5 meters in thundershower areas, 1-2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.
Warning During 18 – 20 Sep, people in risky areas of the North, the Northeast, the East, and the South should beware of heavy rains to very heavy rains and accumulated rainfall. All ship should proceed with cautions and keep away from thundershower areas while small boats should keep ashore throughout the period.
Northern Part During 15 – 17 Sep , isolated to scattered thundershowers.
During 18 - 20 Sep, scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers with isolated heavy to very heavy rain.
