Weather Forecast During 15 ? 21 Oct, the active monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the upper South, and the East while the strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain are expected in the lower Northeast, the Central, the East, and the South. Meanwhile during 17 ? 21 Oct, the high pressure area from China will extend to the upper North and the upper Northeast cause 1-3C drop with cool in the North.
Tropical drepression over the coast of the lower Philippines. It is expected to move pass Philippines to the middle South China Sea and upgrade to the tropical strom and then to make land fall over the middle Vietnam during 17 ? 18 Oct.
