During 17 - 20 January, another strong high pressure from China will extend to cover upper Thailand. Cool to cold with strong wind, 4-6C drop in temperature is likely over upper Thailand. The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. The wind and waves over the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen, 2-3 meters in the lower Gulf.
