During 28 April to 1 May, thunderstorms with gusty wind and hail including isolated heavy rains are likely in the upper country. Due to the high pressure-system covers the Northeast and the South China Sea. Accompany with the confluence of southeasterly and southerly winds prevail across upper Thailand. This will lead to thunderstorms, gusty wind, hail, heavy rains and light strikes, likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central and Eastern regions. The westerly winds and the southwesterly winds prevails over the Andaman Sea, the Gulf and the South with thundershowers and isolated heavy rain. During 2 ? 4 May, the southeasterly will prevail over upper Thailand. Less rain is forecast in the upper country but isolated thundershowers remains in the areas. The easterly winds will prevail over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with thundershowers remains in the areas.

During 28 April to 1 May, people should beware of the severe conditions by avoiding from outdoor places, big trees, unsecured buildings and billboards. Farmers should prepare for crop?s damage.
