During 13 - 16 Sep, the monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the Central and the Northeast while the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rain with isolated heavy rain are likely over the country. During 17 - 19 Sep, the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will weaken. Less rain is likely over the country while isolated heavy rain in the North, the East and the South (west coast).
During 13 - 14 Sep, the wind and waves are likely about 2 meters in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf and 1-2 meters in the lower Andaman Sea while 2 - 3 meters in thundershowers. During 15 - 19 Sep, the wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand will be weakening, 1-2 meters in the Andaman Sea and about 1 meter in the upper Gulf while about 2 meters in thundershowers.

During 13 - 16 Sep, people over the risk areas in the North, the Northeast, the East, the Central and the South should beware of the severe conditions. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers while small boats in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should keep ashore until 14 September.
