General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast regions while the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand is weakening. Less rain is likely over Thailand and isolated heavy rains is expected in the North region. People in risky areas should beware of the severe rain and its accumulation that may cause overflows and flash floods.

The wind becomes weak in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand with waves about 1 meter high in the Andaman Sea, below 1 meter high in the Gulf of Thailand, and 1-2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
