Weather Forecast During 21 - 24 Sep, the monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the Central, the East and the Northeast. The strengthening southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of thailand. Thundershowers with isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely over the country. During 25 - 27 Sep, the active low pressure cell over the South China Sea is forecast to move to middle Vietnam as well as move follow the monsson trough lying across the Cental, the East and the lower Northeast. Continuous rains with isolated heavy to very heavy rain remains over the country.
The moderate winds will rise the wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to about 2 meters, 1-2 meters in the lower Gulf while above 2 meters in thundershowers throughout the period.
Warning People over the risk areas in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South should beware of the severe conditions. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers areas.
