General Situation The upper westerly wind prevails across upper Thailand while the high-pressure system covers the upper North and the Northeast. Cool to cold with light fog in the morning, slightly drop in temperature are likely in the upper country. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold and isolated frost are forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 4-10 C while the Northeast ranges by 10-15 C. People in the upper country should be careful of their health due to variable weather.
The weak northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South with less rain and isolated thundershowers.
