General Situation The monsoon trough move up to lies across Myanmar and upper Laos into the active low over southern China. Meanwhile, the rather strong southwest monsoon remain prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Continuous rainfalls are forecast in the country. Isolated heavy rains are forecast in the Northeast, the Central and the South (east coast) regions. Isolated very heavy rains in the East and the South (west coast). People should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows.
The rather strong wind forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea are 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while the upper Gulf of Thailand has about 2 meters high and in thundershowers have more than 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore lasting 6 July 2022.

Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla.

Surat thani upward: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
