General Situation
The moderate southwest monsoon previls the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Meanwhile, the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam. There remains isolated heavy rains likely in North, the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast). People should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows.
The weakening wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea 1-2 meters high and thundershowers about 2 meters high while the Gulf of Thailand has about 1 meter high and thundershowers have 1-2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
