General Situation
The moderate southwest monsoon previls the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Meanwhile, the low-pressure cell over upper Laos and upper Vietnam. Isolated heavy rains remains in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South(west coast) regions. People should beware of severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows.
The moderate wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are 1-2 meters high and about 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
During 9-14 Jul, the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will strengthen. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough will move down to lie across the North and upper the Northeast into the active low-pressure cell over the upper South China sea during 10-14 Jul. More rains and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the country.

Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
