General Situation
The strong southwest monsoon prevails the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the monsoon trough lie across the upper portions of the North and Northeast of Thailand into the low-pressure cell over the upper Northeast. Heavy to very heavy rains remains in some of the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South regions. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows.
In addition, the stronger wind forces the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf 2-4 meters high and above 4 meters in thundershowers. Meanwhile, the waves in the lower Gulf are 1-2 meters high and about 2 meters offshore. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf keep ashore untill 14 July.

Northern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nan,
Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phichit, Phitsanulok, Tak, KamphaengPhet and Phetchabun.

Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in LLoei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Kalasin, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Variable winds 10-25 km/hr.
Central Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lop Buri,
Saraburi, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Chai Nat and Kanchanaburi.

Eastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains
in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C.
Southwesterly winds 20-45 km/hr.
Wave height about 2-4 meters and above 4 meters in thundershowers.
Southern Part (East Coast) Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains
in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 29-34 C.
Surat thani upward: Southwesterly winds 20-40 km/hr.
Wave height about 2 meters and above 2-3 meters offshores.
Nakhon Si Thammarat downward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters offshores.
Southern Part (West Coast) Fairly widespread thundershowers. Heavy to very heavy rains in some places of provinces:
Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.

Phuket upwards: Southwesterly winds 20-45 km/hr.
Wave height 2-4 meters and above 4 meters in thundershowers.
Krabi downwards: Southwesterly winds 20-40 km/hr.

Metropolitan Scattered thundershowers.
