The weak southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is weakening. Meanwhile low pressure cell over the upper Vietnam. Less rains and isolated thundershowers will be likely in the whole country. In addition, the weakening wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand are about 1 meters high and above 1 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
In addition, during 20 ? 24 Jul, the southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will strengthen. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough will lie across the North, the Northeast and the upper Central. More rains are likely in the whole country and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South regions. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen. The winds forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to about 2 meters, 1-2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
