General Situation
The active monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the Central, the East and the lower Northeast of Thailand while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Heavy to very heavy rains will be likely in some place of the country and isolated heavy rains are forecast in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South (west coast).
In addition, the wind in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are moderate with waves about 2 meters high in the upper portions of the Andaman Sea and Gulf, 1-2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution.

Northern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Mae Hong Son,
Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Lamphun, Lampang, Uttaradit, Phichit, Phitsanulok,
Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Sukhothai and Phetchabun.
Minimum temperature 23-25C. Maximum temperature 30-34C.
Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu,
Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum,
Maha Sarakham, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram and Surin.
Minimum temperature 23-25C. Maximum temperature 30-32C.
Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains
in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Lop Buri, Nakhon Pathom, Suphan Buri,
Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon.
Minimum temperature 24-26C. Maximum temperature 29-33C.
Variable winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains
in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, Sa Kaeo, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 24-27C. Maximum temperature 29-33C.
Variable winds 20-35 km/hr.
Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern Part (East Coast) Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon and Surat Thani.
Minimum temperature 24-26C. Maximum temperature 30-34C.
Surat Thani upward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Nakhon Si Thammarat downward: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern Part (West Coast) Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi and Trang.

Phuket upward: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Krabi downward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
