General Situation
The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and the upper Northeast of Thailand into the low-pressure cell over the upper South China Sea. Meanwhile, the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South regions. People in the area should beware of severe condition that may cause flash flood and over flows.
The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are strengthening. The wind forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to 2-3 meters high, above 3 meters high in thundershowers and 1-2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf, above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers area, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore.

Northern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Sukhothai, Phichit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun.

Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu,
Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen and Ubon Ratchathani.

Central Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Suphan Buri,

Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon.

Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern Part (East Coast) Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.

Southern Part (West Coast) Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Ranong, Phangnga,
