The strong monsoon trough lies across Myanmar and the upper North into the tropical storm MA-ON over upper Vietnam. Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. More rains is forecast for upper Thailand and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South.
People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.

Northern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai,
Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Lamphun, Lampang, Uttaradit, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Sukhothai, Phichit,
Phitsanulok and Phetchabun.

Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Nong Bua Lamphu, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Mukdahan,
Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin,
Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.
