During 27 ? 28 Aug, the monsoon trough lie across upper Myanmar and upper Laos. Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will weaken. Less rains are forecast over the country. During 29 Aug ? 1 Sep, the weak southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand while the southeasterly wind prevails over the lower Northeast, the East, the Gulf and the Southeast cause increasing of rain in these areas.
The weakening wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 1 meter high and above 1 meters high in thundershowers.
Warning
During 29 Aug ? 1 Sep people in the lower Northeast, the lower Central, the East and the South should beware of heavy rain and its accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
