In addition, the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Rains are likely in the whole country and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South regions. The rather strong wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are 2 - 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. During 10 - 14 Sep, the monsoon trough will weaken and moves to lies across the upper North and the Northeast. While the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will weaken. Heavy rains are in someplaces of the country.
