During 5 ? 8 Oct 2022, the high pressure from China covers the upper North, the upper Northeast and the South China Sea resulting the easterly and southeasterly wind prevails Thailand and the Gulf. Less rain is likely over the upper North and the upper Northeast while isolated heavy rain are expected in the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central, the East and the South. During 9 ? 11 Oct 2022, another moderated high-pressure system from China will extend to the North, the Northeast and the South China Sea. Isolated heavy rain with strong winds at the beginning are expected in the North, the Northeast, with decreasing temperature in this area afterward in the Northeast. Meanwhile leading the monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the East and the South. More rain and isolated heavy rain are forecast for over the country.

People in the lower Central, the East and the South should beware of severe condition and its accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands throughout the period.
