General Situation The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand with a decrease in temperatures and strong winds. In the Northeast, a decrease by 2-4 degree Celsius is likely while 1-3 degree decreases in the North, the Central and the East regions. Otherwise, there remain isolated heavy rains in the lower Central. In the middle South, the monsoon trough lies across with heavy to very heavy rains in some of the whole South. People should beware of variable weather that may cause flash floods and overflows. The winds force the waves 1-2 meters high in the Gulf and about 2 meters high in thundershowers.
