Isolated heavy rain remains in the lower Central on 11 Oct. 2 - 4 ?C drop in temperature with strong wind is likely in the Northeast and 1 - 3 ?C drop in temperature is likely in the North, the Central and the East regions. The monsoon trough lies across the middle South causes continuous rainfalls and isolated heavy rains.
During 12 ? 13 Oct, the low-pressure cell over the central South China Sea is expected to move near the coast of southern Vietnam during 13 ? 14 Oct. As a consequence of more rains during 14 -15 Oct 65 in the lower Northeast, the East, the Central and Bangkok and vicinity.
Warning People in the upper country should be careful of their health due to variable weather. People in the South should beware of severe condition and its accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
