Less rains, morning cool and strong wind are likely in the upper country. Resulting 2 - 4 C drop in temperature is likely in the North and the Northeast, and 1 - 3 C drop in temperature is likely in the Central and the East. During 21 ? 23 Oct, the rather strong high-pressure system over upper Thailand and the South China Sea will weaken. Increasing in temperature with morning fog and isolated rains are likely in the upper country. The monsoon trough lies across the middle South cause continuous rainfalls and isolated heavy to very heavy rains. While the low-pressure cell over Bay of Bengal is expected to intensifiy. Resulting rather strong southwest monsoon, which the rather strong wind force will affect the waves in the Andaman Sea up to 2 - 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers throughout the period. Severe tropical storm ?NESAT? located at upper South China Sea expect to move to South China Sea which will move past through southern part of Hainan isle before make landfall on northern of Vietnam during 19-20 Oct and rapidly subside. During 17 ? 20 Oct, people in the upper country should be careful of their health due to cool weather. People in the South should beware of severe condition and precipitation accumulation that may cause flash floods and surface runoff, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ship should proceed with cautions and keep off thundershowers. Small boat in the Andaman Sea should keep ashore throughout the period.
