During 19 ? 20 Oct, the moderate high-pressure system from China remains over upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Morning cool and strong wind are likely in the upper country with decreasing in temperature. During 21 ? 25 Oct, the moderate high-pressure system over upper Thailand and the South China Sea will weaken. Increasing in temperature with morning fog and isolated rains are likely in the upper country. The monsoon trough lies across the middle South with abundant rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rains. Meanwhile the low-pressure cell over the Bay of Bengal is expected to intensify resulting the rather strong southwest winds in the Andaman Sea. The wind force will affect the waves in the Andaman Sea up to 2 - 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers during 19 ? 22 Oct. In addition, severe tropical storm ?NESAT? over the upper South China Sea is expected to move through southern Hainan, China and make landfall over upper Vietnam during 20 - 21 October. Meanwhile, the moderate high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea will force the storm to decline rapidly which affecting the upper country with isolated light rain.

People in the South should beware of severe condition and precipitation accumulation that may cause flash floods and surface runoff, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
