Meanwhile the active low-pressure cell covers the Andaman Sea resulting the rather strong southwest winds in the Andaman Sea. The wind force will affect the waves in the Andaman Sea up to 2 - 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers until 22 Oct. During 23 ? 26 Oct, the weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand. Increase in temperature with morning fog are likely in the upper country. The monsoon trough still lies across the middle South with isolated heavy rains. Meanwhile the active low-pressure cell which covers the Andaman Sea moves to the bay of Bengal causes reduce wave height in the Andaman Sea.
