During 29 Oct-1 Nov, the moderate high-pressure system will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea with less rain, strong wind and a slight decrease in temperature. Then, temperatures will decrease in the Northeast and then the rest regions. On 2 and on 3 Nov, another high-pressure system from China will cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea. It will force the Northeast monsoon to become stronger, and a decrease in temperatures will forecast by 2-4 C in the area. The monsoon truough will lie across the lower South of Thailand with continuous rainfalls and possible isolated heavy rains. The waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 1 meter high and 1-2 meters high in thundershowers.
Caution
People in the upper country should keep healthy due to variable weather. People in the South should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships should proceed with cautions and keep off thundershowers.
