The monsoon trough prevails across the lower South into the low-pressure cell over upper Sumatra. Meanwhile, the weakening northeast monsoon and the easterly winds prevail across the Gulf, southern Thailand and the Andaman Sea with less rains. In addition, the moderate high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand. Morning cool to cold and light fog are likely in the upper country. At the same time, the easterly wind prevails over the East with isolated light rain. People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather.
