General Situation 14 November 2022
The monsoon trough lies across Malaysia while the low-pressure cell covers Malaca strait and the lower South. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon prevails over the upper Gulf while the easterly winds dominate the lower part. Continue rains with heavy to very heavy rain are likely in some places of the South. People beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the water ways near foothills and lowlands.
In addition, the weakened high-pressure system over upper Thailand and moved cover South China Sea makes the easterly and the southeasterly winds at high level prevails and moist over the lower the Northeast, the Central, Bangkok and vicinity and the East. Isolated thundershowers is also possible in these areas. Morning cool in the North and the upper Northeast. People should keep healthy.

Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains
in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla.

Maximum temperature 30-32 C.
Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains
in Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
