General Situation

The active low-pressure cell covers the upper Gulf of Thailand and the East. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough across the upper South results in heavy rains in the upper country and very heavy rains in the east and the south. People should beware of severe condition that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the foothills near the waterways and lowlands.
The stronger winds force the waves in the lower Gulf up to 2-3 meters high and in thundershowers more than 3 meters high. The upper Gulf has waves 1-2 meters high and in thundershowers above 2 meters high the wave in the lower Andaman Sea are about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. All ships proceed with caution, and small boats in the lower Gulf keep ashore.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Mukdahan, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.
Minimum temperature 20-24 C.
Maximum temperature 30-32 C.
Cool to cold on mountaintops: Minimum temperature 14-18 C.
Northeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Chai Nat, Sing Buri,
Ang Thong, Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Suphan Buri, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon.
Minimum temperature 24-26 C.
Maximum temperature 32-34 C.
Northeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains mostly in Sa Kaeo, Nakhon Nayok, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C.
Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy very heavy rains in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C.
Surat Thani upwards : Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Northwesterly winds 20-40 km/hr.
Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Ranong,
Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 28-31 C.
Phuket upwards : Northwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Krabi downwards : Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains.
