General Situation

The active low-pressure cell covers the east and the upper Gulf of Thailand. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough lies across the upper South with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the country. People should beware of severe conditions that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the foothills near the waterways and lowlands.
The rather strong wind and waves in the lower Gulf are 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. The upper Gulf and the lower Andaman Sea have waves about 2 meters high and above 2 meters in thundershowers. All ships proceed with caution, and small boats in the lower Gulf keep ashore.

Central
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon

Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Eastern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains
in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C.
Easterly winds 20-35 km/hr.
Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy very heavy rains in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 28-33 C.
Surat Thani upwards: Variable winds 20-40 km/hr.
Wave height 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards: Westerly winds 20-40 km/hr.
Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains
in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 27-30 C.
Phuket upwards: Northwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Krabi downwards: Westerly winds 20-35 km/hr.
Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
