General Situation

Another moderate high-pressure system from China extend to southern China. It is expected to covers upper Vietnam, upper Laos and the upper Northeast of Thailand by today(30 Nov 2022) while the easterly wind prevails over the upper country. Thundershowers and gusty wind will begin for the first stage, then a decrease in temperature with strong wind likely first in the Northeast and then the rest regions. The easterly wind prevails over the Gulf and the South with thundershowers for the lower South. People in upper Thailand should keep healthy due to the variable weather and farmers should prevent for crop damage.
From 2 to 3 Dec 2022, the low-pressure cell over the lower South China Sea will activate moving to the coast of lower southern Thailand and Malaysia. It will then pass the South into the Andaman Sea from 4 to 5 Dec 2022 with heavy to very heavy rains in some of the South while the waves in the lower Gulf become strong from 3 to 4 Dec 2022.
