During 30 Nov - 3 Dec, another moderate high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea, making thundershowers for the first period after that temperature will decrease with strong winds. For the Northeast, temperature will drop by 3-5 C while 1-3 C drop is likely in the rest regions. During 4 - 6 Dec, the high-pressure system over upper Thailand will weaken, making temperature will increase with morning fog. Meanwhile, the easterly and the southeasterly winds will prevail over the lower Northeast, the East, the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity with thundershowers. The monsoon trough will lie across the lower South. In addition, during 2 - 5 Dec, the low-pressure cell over the lower South China Sea will intensify, then moving from the lower South to the Andaman Sea with heavy to very heavy rains in some of the South. During 1 - 2 and 5 - 6 Dec, the wind and waves in the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea are about 1 meter high, above 1 meter high in thundershowers and 1-2 meters high in the lower Gulf, above 2 meters high in thundershowers. During 3 - 4 Dec, the strengthening wind force the waves up to 1 - 2 meters high in the upper Gulf, above 2 meters high in thundershowers and 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf, above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
Caution
People in the upper country should keep healthy due to variable weathers throughout the period. During 1 - 6 Dec, People in the south should beware of severe condition that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boasts should keep ashore during 3 - 4 Dec.
