upper country. During 24 -26 Dec, the moderate high-pressure system from China will extend to cover upper Thailand. A slight drop in temperature is likely in the areas
withcool to cold. During 21 -26 Dec, the northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South is weakening leading to less rain in the South while the weakening wind
and wave are forecast in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea.
Warning: People in the upper country should take precaution to health condition due to decreasing in temperature and proceed with caution from the strong
wind. people in the lower south should beware of severe condition that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and
lowlands. All ships in the Gulf and Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.Small boats in the Gulf should keep ashore until 20
