General Situation

The strong high-pressure system from China extents to the upper Thailand. Cool to cold weather is likely. Decreasing in temperatures by 2?4 C in the North, Northeast, Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. People should keep healthy due to the cool to cold weather and beware of fire because of dry air with windy.The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South with isolated heavy rains in the lower South (east coast). The strong wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf up to 2-4 meters high, in thundershowers above 4 meters high. People in the lower South should beware of heavy to very heahvy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially in the foothills near the waterways and the lowland areas. People along the Gulf shore should beware of inshore surges. All ships in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution, keep off thundershowers and small boats in the lower Gulf should keep ashore.

Southern (East Coast)
Upper part: morning cool.Lower part: Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.Minimum temperature 19-24 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C. Surat Thani upwards: Northeasterly winds 20-35 km/hr.Wave height 2 meters.Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards: Northeasterly winds 20-45 km/hr.Wave height 2-4 meters and above 4 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun.Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.Wave height 1 meter, about 2 meters in thundershowers and offshore 1-2 meters.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Cool with windy. 2-3 C decreasing in temperatures.Minimum temperature 18-21 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C. Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
