During 28 - 29 Feb and 4 - 5 Mar, the heat low pressure cell covers the upper Thailand while the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast, the lower Central and the East. Day hot with haze and isolated thundershowers are likely in someplace. During 1 - 3 Mar, the high-pressure system from China will extend to the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea along with the southerly and the southeasterly wind will prevail over the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central and the East while hot weather remains in upper country. Isolated thunderstorms with gusty wind, hail and lightning strike are likely in some areas of the upper country. During 28 Feb - 3 Mar, the moderate easterly and southeasterly winds prevail over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea will bring isolated thundershowers. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are moderate with 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf and Andaman Sea, the wave has about 1 meter high and above 1 meter high in thundershowers. During 4 - 5 Mar, the easterly and southeasterly wind prevailing over the Gulf, the South and Andaman Sea is weakening with isolated thundershowers.
Caution
People in the upper country should keep healthy due to changeable weather and beware of severe conditions throughout the period. During 1 - 3 Mar, people in the upper country should stay safe from the severe weather conditions by keeping off outdoor places, large trees and unsecured buildings. Farmers should prevent for crops damage.
