During Jan 30 — Feb 1, high pressure system from China has extended its ridge to cover upper Thailand and the south China Sea, causing decreasing temperature and high wind-wave in the Gulf. During Feb 2-3, high pressure system over upper Thailand is weakening. Warning During these periods people should aware of the low visibility due to morning fog. During 30 January - 1 February, all ships should proceed with caution due to strong wind-wave in the Gulf of Thailand.
