This causes rise in temperature and thick patches over the areas. Northeast monsoon over the South and the Gulf of Thailand is weakening. Wind and wave will weaken. And then another strong high pressure system from China will extend its ridge to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Rains occur and then decreasing temperature. During 24-25 February, there is a low pressure cell from the South China Sea moving over southern Thailand, causes more rain in the areas. Warning During 22-26 February, people in upper Thailand should beware of low visibility due to morning thick fog. Northern Part During 22-26 Feb, morning fog with thick fog in many places. Cold in the upper part and cool elsewhere, 1-3 C rises. Minimum temperature 13-20 C. Cold to very cold in the mountain tops, minimum temperature 4-10?C. Light winds 6-12 km/hr. During 27-28 Feb, isolated thundershowers and 2-3 C drops. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Northeastern Part During 22-26 Feb, morning fog with thick fog in some places.
