Warning "Thunderstorms over upper Thailand" No. 3 (24/2551) Time Issued : April 11, 2008 The ridge of moderate high pressure system has covered the South China Sea and upper Vietnam and Laos. It is expected to extend to the Northeast of Thailand by today (11 April 2008) while hot weather and rise in temperature dominate over the country. This causes thunderstorms with more thunderstorms, gust, thunderbolt and possible hail arriving northeastern Thailand, then the rest during 12-14 April. People should beware of this summer thunderstorms and keep off unsecured buildings, outdoors and electrical conductor.
