Increasing in rainfall are expected the areas and strengthen significant wave height. During 1-3 August, The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is weakening. But, the rainfalls are remaining over the areas especially the upper North and Northeast. Warning During 28-31 July, people in the North, upper Northeast, East and South (west coast) should be aware of flooding conditions. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boat should keep ashore. Northern Part Scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers throughout the period and isolated heavy rains mostly in the upper and western portion. Except for during 2-3 Aug, isolated heavy to very heavy rains, especially in Mae Hong Son and Chiangrai. Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
