Warning "Weather" No. 8 (302/2551) Time Issued : August 08, 2008 A trough of low pressure lies across northern and upper northeastern Thailand through tropical depression “KAMMURI” which downgraded located over Hanoi, Vietnam. Heavy falls in many places is expected in the northern and upper northeastern. People in the risky areas such as Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Tak, Loei, Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon, Udon Thani, Nong Bua Lamphu and Nakhon Phanom provinces should beware of flooding conditions. Besides, the intense southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf’s Thailand, cause heavy rain some area in the South (west coast) and East and high wave 2-4 meters.
