These cause abundant rain and heavy falls in many places mostly in the North and the Central. During 14-18 September, the trough will move across the North and the Northeast and abundant rain remains in the upper country together with isolated heavy falls. During 12-15 September, the southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf will intensify causing high wave above 2 meters especially in thundershower areas. The monsoon will then weaken during 16-18 September. Travelers are advised to check weather forecast before departure for Hainan due to Typhoon “Sinlaku”.Warning People in the risky areas of the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East should beware of torrential rain and flooding conditions.
