The active low pressure covered southern Vietnam. It is expected to move pass Cambodia and turn to eastern Thailand around 30-31 October. More rain with isolated heavy falls is likely in the Northeast, the East, the Central and the South. People in disaster areas of Chanthaburi, Trat, Ratchaburi, Kanchanaburi, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Ranong and Phangnga should beware of severe weather in this period.
