While tropical depression “Maisak” in the upper South China Sea will be weakening to low pressure cell. During 14-16 November, 2008, Another surge of high pressure system will extend its ridge to cover upper Thailand: causes continuously cool weather. Low pressure cell in the South China Sea will moved to the South Thailand: causes abundant rain in the areas. Warning During this period,in the southern Thailand especially in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Pattalung, Songkhla, Yala, Pattani and Narathivas should beware of heavy rain and flooding conditions. All ship in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution especially small boat in the Gulf should off shore.
