General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time An intense high pressure system has covered upper Thailand is likely to cause the trough of rather active low pressure lies across the Andaman Sea, lower southern Thailand and the Gulf. The tropical depression “ Maysak ” (0819) near the Philippines will be downgraded and weaken to the low pressure cell in the sea.

Southern Part (West Coast) Fairly widespread thundershowers. Isolated heavy rain mostly in Ranong, Phannga, Krabi and Trang. Minimum temperature 23 C. Maximum temperature 31 C. Variable winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters.
