Distribution On Nov 13, 2008

General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The high pressure system over upper Thailand begins weakening and also making the northeast monsoon over the South and Thailand Gulf becomes weak. These cause slight warm weather in the upper country. Although a decrease in rain is expected over the South, isolated heavy rain remains. Wind-wave stays rather strong in the Gulf. People in risky areas of Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Phangnga, Krabi and Trang should beware of successive rain over mountain range that possibly causes flooding and overflow during 1-2 days.
