These cause torrential and down pour from Surat Thani down-ward so that people in the risk areas of Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat provinces should beware of flooding condition again. All ship should proceed with caution and small boat in the Gulf of Thailand should be off-shore until Nov 30.
