The lower Southern Thailand is triggered by torrential rain and isolated heavy fall. People in risk areas should beware of flooding due to successive rain along mountainous in a few days. Provinces prone to risk include Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Besides, winds and waves have been likely to strengthen in the Gulf until 1 December.
