General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand remains strong and low pressure cell covers the coastal of Malaysia, cause thundershowers likely in provinces from Songkhla province downwards. Due to successive rain along mountain range, flooding likely persists a forward day, and people in the risk areas are on alert including in Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Winds and waves remain strong in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore by today.
