General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand remains strong causing thundershowers likely in provinces from Phatthalung southwards of the country. Due to successive rain along mountain range, flooding likely persists a forward day, and people in the risk areas are on alert including Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Winds and waves remains strong with high waves 2-3 meters in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
